The pictures do not
do justice for this rental! Very spacious and clean and
decorated beautifully. The yard is so well maintained and every
detail within the home is geared to the guest. Added details
such as a fresh fruits basket and fresh flowers in each bathroom
was a welcomed surprise. We were able to watch manatee from the
dock as well as an alligator. We will definitely be back!!!!

We were 6 adults who
rented this unit last week. The photos were exact. We were very
impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location
on the canal. It was also quiet and un-crowded. In fact we hope
to return next year as we want to snorkel with the manatees on a
yearly basis!

This home has it all.
My husband and I stayed at the house along with two other
couples and it was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and
plentiful in space. The kitchen had everything we needed for to
do our own cooking. The screened in balcony was perfect for
those relaxing evenings after a day of scalloping to watch the
sunset. I will be returning.

It's a beautiful home
and very spacious. It has everything that you need. If I do go
to Crystal River again I will definitely go back to this home
again.

This is a great place
in which to spend a long weekend, a week or a month. Two
couples, plus four leg friend, stayed there in early June and
everything was like new. The house sits on a waterway and we
were able to keep our boat right behind the place. I highly
recommend VRBO 245454.

We had a great "long
winter stay", met lots of people and their four-legged buddies
as they stayed upstairs. There was a two-legged one (Parrot)
named Ralphie too! He talked and laughed and when it was time
for them to leave said, "bye-bye, got to go"! In the canal
drifted dolphins, an otter pair (who are with child, we think),
and mid-March through mid-April the manatees visited almost
every day. It was awesome. We loved Charlie's for fish,
Claw-Daddies for fresh raw oysters and Cody's for steak. Then it
was off to the Manatee Festival in January, Greek Festival in
February and Strawberry Festival in March; and we did lots of
antiquing. Thanks Doug and Sherrie! We enjoyed our stay and
highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extended weekend or
long-winter stay.

One of the most
accommodating rental properties I have ever visited. Every
amenity one could need is right at your fingertips. From
shopping to sport fishing, dining to swimming at the springs;
the direct gulf of Mexico access and large shopping mall just a
mile away made it just that more convenient. On the first
morning a family of porpoises ventured into the canal behind the
house to visit followed by multiple manatees and even an otter.
This was our second visit and we loved every minute. It is
highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for the
wonderful weekend!
