Suite
Bimini Suite
The Chart House is located on a deep canal in Crystal River
with direct gulf access and no bridges. The Bimini Suite is
3-bedroom, 3-bathroom and will sleep 6-8 people. It is
approximately 10 minutes from King's Bay and 20 minutes from
the Gulf of Mexico. The suite features 2,400 square feet of
living space upstairs. It was completely renovated in 2009
and is continually updated.
There is a great room, stone-gas fireplace, and a sleeper
sofa. The suite also offers an open, eat-in kitchen with all
of the amenities. The master suite has a California king
bed, a private bath, and a two-story wood deck offering a
magnificent water view. The second suite also has a king bed
and private bath. The third bedroom features two twin beds.
In addition in the living room there is a pull-out Queen
Size bed. The kitchen is equipped with quality knives,
flatware, appliances, plates, wine glasses, napkins, towels,
pots and pans, soap, detergent, and spices - everything you
would need. We provide a washer and dryer, iron, ironing
board, and bathroom supplies. Linens, towels, and paper
products are provided for your use as well. There is a
stainless steel gas grill and gas-fired cooker available
with plenty of propane to cook up your fresh catch! For your
convenience, we also provide free cable, Wi-Fi, and long
distance calling.
There is a private dock and fish cleaning area by the water.
There is parking for several cars and boat trailers. The
porch is screened with a special fine mesh to keep even the
smallest bug out. We have a maintenance team that keeps
everything in tip top shape all year long. We pride
ourselves in taking care of the tiniest detail and
personally inspect the home frequently.

About Crystal River
Crystal River has activities for the whole family, including
world-class flats fishing for red fish, trout, Spanish mackerel,
cobia, and tarpon. Crystal River offers one of the few remaining
areas to scallop in Florida during the summer. You can catch
freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for
manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and
deepwater grouper fishing.
Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie
theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal
River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking
and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees.
The house is located a few minutes from the Crystal River
Archeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State
Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state
parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the
12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a
lifetime here!
