"The Chart
House"
Executive
Rental featuring the Bimini & Key West Suites
Welcome to the
Chart House located in Crystal River, Florida. This stunning
home is located on a deep canal in Crystal River with easy Gulf
access. The Chart House is split into two completely separate
luxury units: the Bimini Suite (upstairs)
and the Key West Suite (downstairs).
Bimini Suite
The
Bimini Suite is 2,400 square feet and
accommodates six to eight people. There are three bedrooms and
three bathrooms. The master suite has a California king bed, a
private bath, and a screened-in two-story wood deck offering a
magnificent water view. The second suite also has a king bed and
private bath. The third bedroom features two twin beds. The
suite offers an open, eat-in kitchen, great room, stone-gas
fireplace, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Key West Suite
The
Key West Suite is 1,100 square feet
and sleeps two to four people. There is one bedroom and one full
bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed, and there are two
futons. There is a separate, private screened-in patio offering
a superb water view.
"Casa del Rio"
Executive Rental Home
Casa del Rio is a pet-friendly,
executive-style 3,200 square feet home. It has three bedrooms
and two bathrooms and will accommodate up to six people. The
master suite has a king bed and a private bath. The second
bedroom also has a queen bed and in the third bedroom there is a
day bed. The screened-in back porch features a heated swim spa,
grill, plenty of seating and an outstanding water view. There
are two kayaks available to use as well.
About Crystal
River
Crystal
River has activities for the whole family, including world-class
flats fishing for red fish, trout, Spanish mackerel, cobia, and
tarpon. Crystal River offers one of the few remaining areas to
scallop in Florida during the summer. You can catch freshwater
bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and
dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deepwater
grouper fishing.
Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie
theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal
River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking
and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees.
The house is located a few minutes from the Crystal River
Archeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State
Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state
parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the
12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a
